Solar generator, solar panel, solar array are all common names used in the solar industry to describe solar energy units that convert the sunlight into home solar electricity that you can use for free and as much as you like all day without worrying about what it is going to cost.

Create free home solar electricity.

We read every day about the increasing global demand for power and daily warnings about our environment and the ever increasing carbon gases emitted from fossil fuel, the world is gradually heading towards a severe energy crisis that we cannot ignore any longer.

The sun’s energy is the most abundant energy available on earth and making use of this free energy will go towards solving our power solutions and this renewable energy is perceived as green and clean alternative to the fossil fuel generated on-grid electricity of today leading to a Pollution-free a greener environment.

Going green is the growing trend as people become more aware of the impact they have on our environment.

Solar energy is one of the best renewable energy sources due to its abundance and there will always be a sun and sunlight, if that ever disappears we will have no need for anything!

Home solar power panel system is a cost effective way to power your home than the expensive install models available from the commercial sector. The aim of home owners is to construct a solar power system that will handle the total peak load demand of all the home appliances.

What can we do.

You can have a do-it-yourself small solar power panel system installed and setup for about $200! And the solar electricity produced by these panels is directed to a battery bank, which serves as the electricity storage unit. The battery bank can then supply all the electricity for the home during the night.

Living off the grid not only helps the environment, saves power and substantially reduces your electricity bill.

How does solar power and wind power function is some of the questions that will solved when you download and read internet package manuals or guides.

Complete step-by-step instructions to make your own professionally looking solar power panel generator, including the 100 watt solar panels blueprints and all the different configurations possible, each of them with their own diagrams and instructions. Using easy to find material.

Today’s Solar Electric Cells Are a Practical and Environmentally Friendly Way of Producing Solar Electricity

The scientific term for solar electricity is photovoltaic energy which means electricity from light.

A solar panel is a collection of solar cells that are known as photovoltaic cells. It is these cells that create the solar electricity by interacting with the sunlight, and when the cells are wired together you have created a solar power panel generator.

In one day you could make a small solar power panel generator that would be enough to power some of the smaller appliances in the house. Once you have the knowledge you could increase the number of solar panels generator until all your electrical power requirements are met from solar power.

A home made solar power panel system is a big money saver and the solar panels are usually made from 3×6 solar cell modules specially manufactured and when exposing the solar cells to bright sunlight produced solar electricity.

That is why the position is so critical to where the solar power generator or solar electric array is place in relation to the suns movement across the house roof

The initial installation cost is quickly recovered after 3 or 4 power bills especially when you make your own small solar panel from information purchased from the internet.

AS time and money allows, you may add more solar panels to increase your generate solar electricity so your home is running completely off the power grid. Home solar power systems can use a back-up battery bank to provide electricity at night.

Solar panel generator systems are designed to produce D.C. direct current and D.C. voltages for charging and storing in batteries or being directly converted into typical 120-230 volt alternating current 120 VAC.

Solar energy packages include detailed instructions on how to make a small solar panel by following the step-by-step instructions available with the solar energy package. Constructing a small solar panel at home does not require a lot of know how or expertise as the instructions are fully illustrated and written in simple easy to understand English.

Imagine running your electrical appliances without worrying about paying any bills.

Advantages of using a solar generator.

1 Does not pollute the environment. Pollution-free: a greener environment.

2 Living off the grid. Reduced dependability on fossil fuel power.

3 Reduced power costs, saving you money.

Home solar power panel system ensures uninterrupted power supply to your house and is the best solution to generate free solar electricity at home.

HINT.

Replace all the incandescent lamps used in the house with compact low wattage fluorescent or energy efficient lamps that consume less solar electricity.

There are many uses of solar power in your home. They range from passive solar energy to dry your clothes to going completely off the grid and generating enough solar energy to provide all the electricity you need for your home. I think most of us fall somewhere in between these ideas and generally would like to learn more about the uses of solar energy so we can reduce our carbon footprint and at the same time save money on our utility bills. Cutting our energy costs goes hand in hand with using solar power. There is more of an investment up front and a bigger learning curve than knowing how to flip an on/off switch, but using renewable energy from the sun will pay for itself in money and convenience.

Some of the passive uses of solar power you may already use. If you hang your laundry out on a clothesline to dry, you are using passive solar heat. If you have a greenhouse, a cold frame, or a solarium you have a passive solar collector that provides heat to that space. If you have a cat, think about where your cat hangs out during the day. If its a sunny spot, there’s your solar heat collector. Can you utilize that space and put that heat to work for you?

Solar collectors can also be built to provide hot water for your hot water heater or your pool. They consist of a collecting system that “collects” the heat, often black pipes or panels. The water is then passed through the heat collector and heats up. This is a simplistic explanation, but you get the idea. Solar hot water collectors are an efficient and fairly easy to build hot water system that you can add on to your existing home without much fuss.

Solar cells make up solar panels and are what most of us think of when we hear the words solar energy. Solar panels and cells are used in everyday things we take for granted such as calculators and watches. They are used very effectively in outdoor lighting, removing the need for electrical wiring as well as being a renewable source. Solar panels can power an item directly, using the energy they generate to power an item and only working when they are in the direct sun and collecting energy. They can also store that energy in a battery. Think of your outdoor solar garden lights. They collect energy in a small panel and it charges the batteries used to light them after dark.

That simple principle of how the solar garden light works is the same applied to any kind of solar panel, the ones on RVs used to power the TV to the ones on top of buildings that run all the lights. All these solar panels need is a way to collect the solar energy and somewhere for that energy to go and be used. You can even make your own solar panels to generate this power. It doesn’t have to be an all or nothing situation, you don’t have to generate all of your own electricity. There are uses of solar power for your home that will fit your own needs, large or small.

Want detailed plans to build solar panels you can use for your home?

With goals of competing in the United States solar market, Kyocera Solar announced that they will open up solar module manufacturing in their San Diego facility.

With goals of competing in the United States solar market, Kyocera Solar announced that they will open up solar module manufacturing in their San Diego facility.

This move will bring them much closer to a Kyocera Solar milestone of generating 1000 kilowatts or 1 gigawatt of solar capacity per year by 2013. Reaching this mark would allow Kyocera Solar to supply 3.5 kW solar electric systems to about 285,000 homes. With an initial production goal of 30 megawatts per year, solar module manufacturing will begin in Kyocera’s existing Balboa Avenue facility.

Kyocera Solar will take advantage of their current manufacturing operations to offer the U.S. solar market the company’s most powerful and most efficient solar modules. Two reasons why Kyocera Solar chose San Diego are because it is close to Kyocera Mexicana in Tijuana and because San Diego’s solar market has the most potential in the most ambitious state when it comes to renewable energy standards. San Diego has a rising demand for large-scale photovoltaic systems and Kyocera Solar wants to focus on meeting that demand. Overall, California has deployed more solar energy systems than any other state.

“Today’s announcement is further proof that California’s nation-leading green policies play a vital role in our state’s economic success. Even in this recession, green jobs in California have grown, and Kyocera’s decision to locate its solar manufacturing operations in San Diego will create even more jobs at a time when they are needed most,” said Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Though the Kyoto, Japan based Kyocera has been involved in clean energy technology through solar modules for the past 35 years, they are widely known for their success in telecommunications, copiers, printers, industrial ceramics and more. In the year ending March 31, 2009, Kyocera netted sales of $11.5 billion.

According to Bloomberg New Energy Finance, the United States should create 4% of electricity through photovoltaic solar panels and solar thermal technologies.

According to Bloomberg New Energy Finance, the United States should create 4% of electricity through photovoltaic solar panels and solar thermal technologies. Each year for the past 4 have marked significant growth of solar capacity. Currently, the United States generates 1.4 GW of electricity from solar (1 GW is enough to power 750,000 homes).

The amount of solar electricity production by 2020 heavily depends on the amount of solar financing available. According to Bloomberg, nearly $100 billion in private investment and solar financing will be required. This will increase the United States’ solar energy production to 44 GW.

The growth is expected thanks to strong government support and decreasing cost of equipment. Currently, the federal government’s solar policy is the industry’s strongest ally. With the recent agreement to install solar on the White House and the current 30% tax break (off the cost of a solar installation), the federal government has shown that renewable energy is becoming a priority.

Over the next decade, the cost of solar energy and electricity produced from conventional sources will be the same without subsidies. To get there, the government must continue solar subsidies to keep money from the private sector flowing into solar.

With the growth of solar over the next decade, the United States is investing in our future through ensuring cheap, abundant energy. As conventional sources of energy are used up, cheap and abundant alternatives are required. Solar is a promising technology and as investment in solar research will increase through the next decade, the price of solar will continue to decrease.

Well we are doing just that right now, the money that can be saved by harnessing this source is mind boggling, but that is just the tip of the iceberg, can you image the money to be made, and that’s what The Success Solar Group’s objective is all about, saving money and making money, we know how, were doing it right now, we want to share this knowledge with you, we want to show you how.

The sun is an abundant energy source that will last… well scientist’s say millions if not billions of years, so I’d say were covered for awhile. The technology is coming out so fast, the government is being requested for patents at an alarming rate, and some patents have been classified. The point is the technology is right around the corner that will capture and store this energy and this will create a market that will be ripe for everyone on this planet to get aboard and save money, and more important make money.

For too long we have been playing this oil game and our country has been losing, losing to other countries that have no vested interest in The United States, well we do, and its our sovereign right to harness this source and We’ve all heard, many seen the 2012 movie, articles, hype, about the coming of 2012, I have seen the movies it was a lot of fun, solar storms erupting and sending cosmic radiation to earth etc etc. But solar energy is real and there are a lot of companies out there developing way to harness that energy, just think of it, there’s a lot of free energy being poured out on this planet, the year is 2010 and we have not tapped this source yet?

use it to bettor our country and living standards, and who says we can’t make money too.

The Success Solar Group is doing just that, were proactive about taking advantage of the sun as a source of cheap energy and getting this country back to work again. We understand the hardships of our fellow country men, how our country has taken a loss ever since we found ourselves at the losing end of the oil game, but that is over, it was innovation that made this country and we need to reclaim that edge.

People are starting to realize and are making the changes necessary to make they’re homes and businesses solar efficient with solar systems, solar panels, solar service.

Photovoltaic Part Of The New Wave

Photovoltaics (PV) is a method of generating electrical power by converting solar radiation into direct current electricity using semiconductors that exhibit the photovoltaic effect. Photovoltaic power generation employs solar panels comprising a number of cells containing a photovoltaic material. Materials presently used for photovoltaics include monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, cadmium telluride, and copper indium selenide/sulfide. Due to the growing demand for renewable energy sources, the manufacture of solar cells and photovoltaic arrays has advanced considerably in recent years.

As of 2010, solar photovoltaics generates electricity in more than 100 countries and, while yet comprising a tiny fraction of the 4800 GW total global power-generating capacity from all sources, is the fastest growing power-generation technology in the world. Between 2004 and 2009, grid-connected PV capacity increased at an annual average rate of 60 percent, to some 21 GW. Such installations may be ground-mounted (and sometimes integrated with farming and grazing) or built into the roof or walls of a building, known as Building Integrated Photovoltaics or BIPV for short. Off-grid PV accounts for an additional 3–4 GW.

Driven by advances in technology and increases in manufacturing scale and sophistication, the cost of photovoltaics has declined steadily since the first solar cells were manufactured. Net metering and financial incentives, such as preferential feed-in tariffs for solar-generated electricity, have supported solar PV installations in many countries.

In a bill titled "10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act", Americans in all 50 states would be eligible for rebates for the installation of solar electric and solar thermal systems.

Though 90% of Americans agree that we should be employing solar energy to combat our climate and energy crises, the U.S. government has been slow to embrace and develop legislation that addresses those concerns. In a bill titled “10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act” and introduced by Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) on Feb. 4, 2010, Americans in all 50 states would be eligible for rebates for the installation of solar electric and solar thermal systems.

The bill known as the 10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act adopted its name from California Solar Initiative’s “Million Solar Roofs” program and is modeled after the incentive programs in California and New Jersey- number 1 and 2 in solar energy, respectively. It would provide for up to half the cost of any new photovoltaic or solar thermal system.

The 10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act will produce 30,000 new megawatts of electricity in the next 10 years. This amount of energy is equivalent to the output of 30 nuclear power plants. However, it is extremely more cost-effective. The program is estimated to cost anywhere between $2-3 billion per year.

The average power plant produces about 1,000 megawatts for the $10 billion spent to build it. Sanders’ 10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act aims to produce 30x the energy of a nuclear power plant for only $30 billion. It would take $300 billion to produce that much energy from nuclear sources.

Distributed energy is much more efficient than energy produced from coal, oil, and nuclear. Yet, it hasn’t benefited from the same amount of funding as the other more traditional methods.

Proponents of the 10 Million Solar Roofs & 10 Million Gallons of Solar Hot Water Act include Environment and Public Works Committee Chair Barbara Boxer (D-CA) and Sens. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), Ben Cardin (D-MD), Jeff Merkley (D-OR), Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), and Arlen Specter (D-PA).
